QOL (quality of life) update!!

All this update adds is a few  new features listed here and then in more detail if wanted.

1.Fog

2.Icing rain/snow (no levels use this yet)

3.Spinning cake bombs

4. General bug fixes

In depth explanation

1.Fog

This adds a fog effect that appears infront of the game and adds small amounts of detail to the game

2.Icing rain/snow

This adds a snow or rain that falls over some levels although not currently in any levels it is fully implomented into the game.

3.Spinning cake bombs

Cake bombs now spin for half of a second and then stop.

4.General bug fixes / features

Some bug fixes and one new feature. This feature adds camera smoothing.
